CAN I PURCHASE MY TENT / CABIN UPON ARRIVAL?

No, you must book ahead of time. Please do not show up expecting to purchase a camp site. Any guest without the appropriate wristband will not be permitted

IS THERE ELECTRICITY?

Yes, there is electricity. Recommended that you bring extension cords.

IS PARKING FREE?

Yes!

WILL THERE BE SECURITY ON SITE?

Yes, we will have private security on site

CAN I GO FISHING?

Yes, fishing is permitted as long as you have a Texas fishing license

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Only thing rain stops is the sport cricket… Camping will go on

CAN I GET A REFUND?

All payments are final & non-refundable

CAN I COME FOR JUST A DAY?

Yes, you can. Day passes must be purchase directly from a Caribbean Camp Weekend (CCW) scout member. Contact 832-414-9309 or 832-483-2559

CAN I BRING MY OWN GRILL AND COOKING MATERIALS?

Yes!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Yes, kids of all ages are allowed to camp with you.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No pets allowed

IS THERE AN AIRPORT NEARBY?

There are 2 nearby airports Austin-Bergstrom International Airport – This airport is approx. 38 minutes (40.4 miles) away San Antonio International Airport – This airport is approx. 1hr 2 minutes (60.1 miles) away

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING TO CAMP?

: Beach towels, charcoal, lighter fluid, BBQ utensils, ice, ice chest, favorite drinks and food, bug repellent and a smile. It’s time to have some fun and act like a big kid! We also recommend water shoes to protect your feet. There will be charcoal, lighter fluid, and other items on sale if needed.

IS KAYAKING AND TUBING INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING COST?

No, it is a separate fee.

CAN WE SLEEP MORE THAN THE TOTAL # OF GUESTS IN OUR TENTS OR CABINS?

No. Only the maximum number of guests permitted per each space allowed. Anyone caught with more guests can be asked to pack up and leave the grounds immediately.
